Walk without Fear in the New Year!
Table of contents
Moving into a new year can be exciting, joyful, and refreshing. Yet, it is also a time when we need to diligently seek the Lord and be flexible in the spirit. We must not forget that the enemy is after the seed—the prophetic words that the Lord imparted to you as you came to the Father’s table during the Fall Feasts.
The Lord wants us to see and receive His favor in the new year—walking without fear in the next season.
A Faith Mindset Cancels a Fear Mindset…
Walking with a faith mindset is all about having the faith of God. This goes beyond faith in God. It is about having the mind of Christ—pressing into the Lord with complete confidence in knowing that He will do what He said He would do according to the words He spoke to you during the Fall Feasts.

3 Steps | How to Walk without Fear…
Use my A.C.T. (Apply, Change, and Transform) teaching to walk without fear and press into your faith mindset in the new year.
A—Apply: Apply the prophetic words that the Spirit of God revealed to you as you came to the Father’s table. Incorporate them into your normal, daily life. Live by them. Decree and declare them as you pray in the Spirit.
“…praying always with prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints…”
—Ephesians 6:18
C—Change: Making changes is part of the application process. Write down the changes you will make and the goals you want to accomplish. It is difficult to make changes without a plan. Activate Habakkuk 2.
“…Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
—Habakkuk 2:2-3
T—Transform: Spiritual discipline produces transformation. Yes, transformations can happen at any moment, but a pattern we see over and over again in God’s Word is that it typically occurs following an obedient heart. In other words, many steps of discipline pave the path to our transformation. Therefore, I always say, “In the consistency lies the victory!”
“But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
—2 Peter 1:5-8
Habits and Patterns to Help You Walk without Fear…
Blow the Shofar Every Day—The shofar releases powerful spiritual protection. The quantum physics of the sound awakens the words we speak in the Courts of Heaven.
Anoint Your Neck—The anointing oil is symbolic of the anointing of Yeshua, sending His Spirit upon you to break the yoke. Anointing your neck calls upon the Holy Spirit to equip you so you can move forward in your day under His protection.
Pray Under Your Tallit—The tallit symbolizes coming under the wing of God’s protection and abiding in His presence. Pray Psalm 91 under your tallit and remember He is your shelter, hiding you in the secret place.
Take Communion—Communion reminds you of Yeshua’s body and His blood. His blood cleanses you, giving you life. Because of this, you have an inheritance and every spiritual blessing in Heaven. Taking communion regularly and proclaiming His promises declares your identity and creates a record in the heavenly courts.
As we begin 5782, remember you are a king-priest. He is raising you up for such a time as this. Let us not use yesterday’s weapons for today’s battle, but step into new levels of faith, walking without fear, because we have the power and the love of the Lord of Hosts!
