The Passover of Our Heritage!
The beautiful words of Psalm 23 tell us that…
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.”—Psalm 23:5
Regarding the Passover Seder, Believers from all over the world are welcomed with a seat at a feast placed before them. Food and feasts are part of our heritage. They represent abundant provision, plentiful blessing, and joyous fellowship.
Think about this… Who would you invite to sit at your table? Those individuals who you would want to deepen a relationship with and better understand. Those who you would want to come into an agreement with under the covenant of peace. Those who are a part of our family of Believers.
And what do you do to prepare a feast? You would account for every mouth so that each has their portion. You want no one to walk away unfulfilled. This is what the Lord does to prepare a feast for you!
And this is what happens during our Passover Seder at Curt Landry Ministries. Every detail is carefully planned. Every place setting is intricately arranged as a reflection of how the Lord prepares a place for you as you embrace your inheritance.
As we are preparing for the Passover, we know you are too. Imagine this—hundreds of people from every corner of the earth are preparing to reunite in a matter of a couple of months to sit together in fellowship.
Planning for Passover is a blessing. We get to see God’s hand at work with every meal placed and every cup filled. Have you ever thought about the preparations that took place at that first Passover? God’s specific instruction that aligned His chosen people to His plan so that they could come under the protection of the blood of the slain lamb.
Today, we can rejoice in the Passover of our heritage, that the Lamb was slain once and for all and that we are under His protection.
How do you prepare? Do you make travel plans? If you will be joining Curt Landry Ministries for Passover 2019, we are preparing a seat for you at the table!
Though your plans may differ from ours, we are excited and honored to see how our roads cross this coming April.
Save the Date!
It’s amazing to see how God continues to use this celebration to bring His people together in fellowship at His table. This year we are delighted to host two Passovers in order to accommodate all those who want a seat at the table—April 19th and April 26th.
We wanted to keep you posted on the dates so you can make necessary plans. Stay tuned as we finalize all of the arrangements and details. We will share them with you soon!
