This is a season when the fire of the mountain of Sinai meets the fire of the upper room. It is a time…
- When mountain fire becomes one with the fire of God and rests upon us
- Of great empowerment
- When God’s Word is going to come and be released to us
It says in Zechariah 4:7, “Where are you, O great mountain?” This is great news being announced here! This is news for you in this session. Mountains are symbolic of challenges or problems. It is time for us to say, “Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel, you shall become a plain.”
You will not have to climb over, tunnel through, wrap-around, or blow up your mountain with dynamite. No, it’s going to be as if that mountain was never there. It’s going to become a plain. This happens because, at Passover, we celebrate the people leaving slavery. At Shavuot, we’re celebrating the birth of a nation. At Shavuot, we journey to a mountain called Sinai, and Moses receives the Torah, because Shavuot is about the birth of the Torah and the Jewish nation, and Pentecost is about the birth of the Church through the Holy Spirit.
The Fire of the Holy Spirit Released!
Imagine flames of fire. Think about the 10 Commandments with Charlton Heston. He’s there, he is laying on the ground, and you see the fire coming, and the fire comes, and the Word of God comes.
“Thou shall not kill.”
And the fire carves into the stone.
That same fire, spiritual fire, literally in the Spirit and in the Word of God, is the same fire that comes upon the Believers when they are in one accord, in one place.
I believe this Passover, this Shavuot, this 5783 is the time of wholeness.
- It’s the three-stranded chord I’ve been teaching about.
- It’s about the One New Man.
- It’s where the old, the Torah, and the New Testament become one.
- It’s a power/
Because the fire that burned God’s Word into the tablets of stone is going to burn in the hearts of man. It’s going to burn in your heart if you’ll just say, “Father God, come with the fire that I might speak grace, grace to this mountain, and it becomes a plain. And you shall bring forth a capstone with shouts of grace, grace, grace to it.”
It’s a time when God’s grace is going to intersect with the atmosphere of those who are in unity, those who are in one accord, and those who are in one place.
So make sure that you join us and come together into that unity.
God’s Releasing a Supernatural Blessing of the Holy Spirit Fire
I’ve seen in the spirit that God is going to send a supernatural blessing of the Holy Spirit fire to consume God’s Word and to consume in God’s Spirit that we might be unified and walk as one new man. Amen.
3 Strategies to Help You in the Year Ahead
- Invest in yourself.
- Invest in others.
- Seek God’s ways.
- Invest in Yourself
Be generous to give what you have, but be teachable to invest in yourself. Many of you followed me for years, and I’ve always said, “Show me your friends, and I’ll show you your future.” But if you show me what you read, I’ll show you your future. And if you want to take it to the third stranded cord, “Show me whom you hang out with and whom you network with, and I’ll show you your destiny.”
- Invest in Others
Because one of the reasons most of you can’t reach where you need to is that you’re not associated with the right people, you’re connected to the wrong networks, and you need to get the right information to position yourself for promotion. And that sounds secular, but it’s very spiritual. Let me explain. You will only rise to the level of the spiritual authority of the people that you hang out with.
Because when you come together and pray, and become that three-stranded chord. (Find the teaching of the three-stranded cord here.)
- Seek God’s Ways
If the threefold cord that ties you with others and the knowledge you have in God isn’t at a level to give you victory on the battlefield, then you can’t change God because God is God. He does not change. But you can change yourself in your understanding of God, and you can change the relationships of those you hang out with their understanding of God.
Who you are in a three-stranded cord with is intended to increase their authority and yours. Then you have access to increased authority with God.
God never increases His authority. He is all authority. But if we’re going to embrace it, then we have to come up higher. The scripture says His ways are higher than our ways. It doesn’t mean you can’t find them, you can discern them, but you have to go up to get them.
My Personal Experience | Spiritual Attacks Come, and Breakthroughs Happen
For more than 30 years, Christie and I have walked and aligned with God’s calendar. We can go back in our lives, and we can say the biggest spiritual attacks in our lives come about 60 days before Passover. It’s usually pretty rough. Then at Passover, you have a breakthrough, and then an understanding of the attack usually comes in 50 days of Counting Down the Omer.
Listen, this isn’t rote, but in the 50 days of Counting Down the Omer, it’s a time when you make personal improvements in your life because you become sober-minded.
Take ownership of a lot of these attacks before Passover happens. Because of the habits and patterns, maybe I’ve connected to something I shouldn’t be. If I choose to correct those, come out of agreement with them, and realign myself with the Lord in these 50-days, then at Shavuot, when the fire of the Holy Spirit comes, it will consume all that needs to be consumed and give me, carve in me, instruction of empowerment. So that’s at 50 days where there’s introspection during Counting Down the Omer.
Like the disciples on the road to Emmaus, instead of walking away from Jerusalem and the assignment of empowerment, our hearts burn within us. He breaks bread, and we turn and start heading back to Jerusalem to get in that upper room, to be in one accord, in one place.
So really, to say what would be your personal testimony of Shavuot, I would say for more than 30 years, there’s an attack and a purification. And the adjustment period always comes with making decisions in that 50 days of Counting Down the Omer. That time between Passover and Pentecost, Shavuot.
A divine appointment happens at Shavuot. Christie and I usually sow, Christie and I an aggressive financial seed, and we believe God for that next year. But that cycle with us, that happens every year, and we’ve just recently discussed it.
My testimony is that we are in a time of introspection and Shavuot leads to empowerment and promotion.

What is it from this last season—understanding that Passover is a spiritual new year—that I need to let go of, and what do I need to embrace? Lord, give me the discernment and the power to decide and discern between the two. For it’s my desire, Lord, that I would follow You wholly because You have created me with an identity and a purpose, and I want to be empowered to do it. I can’t do it on my own. I want to be in one accord, in one place with You.”

Let it burn in my heart of flesh that the Holy Spirit might come and rest upon me, and that the nine gifts of the Spirit might be activated and that I might be a witness for You and of You of the glory of God and His goodness, and that the love of the Father will always abide in me; and I’ll be a part of that three-stranded chord and I’ll be strengthened. And I’ll go from faith to faith, victory to victory in this new year, in Yeshua’s name.”
