Cheshvan | A Season of Potential and Risk

The Hebrew month of Cheshvan represents a month of physical and spiritual potential. It’s a moment of choice on our spiritual journeys to either ascend with focus, faith, and determination or descend in negligence.
Be aware of:
- Counterfeit worship: The enemy will try to distract you with idols to keep your focus away from the Lord. Ask the Lord to keep you steadfast in Him.
- The dual nature of the month: There will be moments of great potential to either flow forward or fall backward. However, the greater the opportunity, the greater the risk. Choose to flow forward.
- A rise in the flesh: The battle for us to subdue our flesh to fully realize our full potential is great this month. Focus on the eternal purposes and nature of God.
