If there were ever a time we needed to increase the power of our prayers, thoughts, and actions, it would be now. The Bible contains ancient principles that lead to Kingdom authority. To be positioned to receive the authority that is being released, you need to seek God’s Kingdom first. God provides the instructions, and power is released when following them.
In this podcast, Rabbi Curt Landry challenges us to look at the Bible differently, not as a religious book full of do’s and don’ts but as an instruction manual for a prosperous life.
The Bible contains eternal truths and ancient mysteries that equip and empower those with spiritual eyes and ears. What does it mean to have spiritual eyes and ears? To know that when you see something in the spirit, you understand there is more to it than what you are witnessing in the natural.
In this podcast, Rabbi Curt Landry explains how the ancient principles found in God’s Word are like a roadmap. Listen to this podcast to discover how you can…
- Have discernment for this hour
- Activate Kingdom authority
- Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness
- Have alignment
- Get rid of anxiety, worry, doubt, and fear

Curt Landry here. I want to talk to you about ancient principles that release Kingdom authority. If there were ever a time we needed to increase the power of our prayers and align our thoughts, actions, and deeds with the Lord, it would be now. I want you to look at the Bible differently than a religious book, but the Bible is an instruction manual for life.
The Bible Contains Ancient Principles That Equip and Empower You
It contains eternal truths and ancient mysteries that equip and empower those with spiritual eyes and ears. So my prayer for you right now, is that you have, according to Matthew 13:16, “But blessed are your eyes, for they see.” I bless your spiritual eyes and physical eyes to be able to see in the Kingdom.
May You Have Eyes to See in the Kingdom
You might ask, “Well, what does that mean? What do you mean see in the kingdom?” I’m talking about seeing things in the natural and discerning what is happening in the spiritual. I’m not talking about a seer anointing, seeing demons, or seeing angels, or seeing the Lord Himself. What I’m talking is having spiritual acuity so that when you see something, you know that there’s something other than just what you’re witnessing in the physical.
We live on a lake. And interestingly, this bald eagle seems to just fly up and land at specific times. Not all the time, but at times when we’re praying or talking about the Lord. And so, when it says in Matthew 13:16, “Blessed are your eyes, for they see,” and then it says, “Your ears that you hear,” is so many times we’ll be hearing something from the Lord, and Christie and I are praying, and we’re pressing into the Lord. And then we say, “Okay, Lord. Is this really you?”
It’s when our hearts are really trying to discern. And then here comes this eagle flying by, right at the precise time. And I don’t think it’s an accident. Now I don’t think that every bird that flies by is a sign from the Lord, but the point is that there are ancient principles that enable you to read the signs of the time.
A Prayer for You As You Read Your Bible (Your Life’s Instruction Manual)
I also want to pray Romans 10:17 as a blessing over you. “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” I pray that when you read the Bible…
- It’s not tedious
- It’s not boring
But that it is spirit and life and life to you, just as John 6 :63 says. “Father God, I release that anointing.” Please just receive it now, on the podcast, wherever you are.
Say, “Father God, I receive a fresh anointing of faith, to hear, and hear the word of God.”
A Roadmap for Your Life
Ancient principles that lead to Kingdom authority found in God’s Word are like a roadmap. I want to challenge you with this: choose a character in the Bible that reflects your life.
Your Life’s Path
Here is what I mean, you know me as Curt Landry, but I was actually born a Joseph. I was conceived out of wedlock. My mother named me after my father, Joseph. And yet, if you look at the fruit of the ministry, we have a Joseph calling. We bring provision. Our family and ministry have delivered literally multimillion dollars of humanitarian aid to Israel. And so that’s a Joseph anointing. So when I read about Joseph in the Bible and what Joseph went through it, I can relate to that.
Maybe you are…
- A Daniel
- A Paul
- A Peter
- An Esther
- A Deborah
- A David
But maybe today’s the day when God takes you to the sea of Galilee and says, “Feed My sheep, follow Me.” But the key is to identify someone you can relate to, and then when you read about them in the Bible, it becomes a sort of roadmap for your life.
See, because the thing about the Bible is this: It is the best teacher of behavior; it is the timeless truth that equips you and helps you make wise decisions in the world that we live in today
I read a lot of other different things and various books by different authors. A book I would recommend on this issue would be Jane Hammond’s book on discernment. Apostle Jane Hammond. It’s a book that I think it’s extremely important for people to have discernment in this hour.
But God’s ancient principles lead to Kingdom authority. Once you get that inner knower in you, where your spirit man and the Holy Spirit in you are in agreement that you’re doing it God’s way, there’s a switch that flips. And then, all of a sudden, things start to fall into place. And I love the way it’s said in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
The Ancient Principle of Seeking the Kingdom of God
When I first got saved, and was at my first church, I was at Grace Church in Redmond, Washington. I was with my pastor, Steve Gutzler, and on the wall, hung a banner. Ladies in the church sewed a banner that said: “But seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all other things shall be added on to you.”
So this became like a life scripture to me. I’m newly saved. I’m radically saved in a bathtub, and Jesus came and visited me. I had an impartation, and I pray for an impartation for you, that you would seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness–this is the first ancient principle that leads to Kingdom authority!
Think of your ife like a train. Let the ancient principles of the Bible be the engine. Let it pull all the cargo and passengers of your life up the mountain.
The Blessings of Applying Ancient Principles of the Bible
When you seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness first, you don’t have to worry. He gives you authority, in the Spirit, over worry and anxiety.
And the way you apply seeking first the Kingdom of God is to rebuke the lie of Satan that says, “You should worry and be fearful.” You might ask, “How do you do that?” Well, we’re going to do it right now. Let’s, let’s go through this together.
I need you to subscribe, and you can join me anytime. Listen, I have a new program I’m really excited about, and it’s called Prophetic Pieces. And what it’s doing is it’s going to be totally current, to where whatever’s happening, what’s prophetically the piece missing, to where you can literally follow the bread crumbs of current news, and have it line up in your life, to give you that special edge in the Spirit, where you are seeking first The Kingdom of God, and His righteousness.
Prayer of Seeking God’s Kingdom First
“In Jesus’ name, Father God, we seek first The Kingdom of God. We declare in the Courts of Heaven that Lord, our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, in my life on earth, as it is in Heaven. I will seek Your Kingdom first, and I rebuke the lie of anxiety from the enemy, fear, doubt, and unbelief. I bind you. I cast you out of my life, out of my mind, and out of my circumstances, for I choose to be a Faith Seeker. I walk in faith. And Lord, I thank You, that my faith overcomes all evil.”
The Lord Has Prepared a Table Before You!
One of the best scriptures on this is Psalm 23:5-6, “You prepare a table before me.” And that’s what he’s doing today on this podcast. He’s preparing a table for you, “in the presence of my enemies.”
Well, there may not be enemies surrounding you right now in the physical, but there might be some in your mind. That’s where the enemies of doubt, fear, and vain imaginations can attack. And the Lord says, “I’m preparing a table for you, around those thoughts in your mind. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me, all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
Now that’s Psalm 23. And, of course, so many times, we look at Psalm 23 as almost like a funeral Psalm. “The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He maketh me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still water. He restoreth my soul,” and then it goes on that, “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil for your rod. And that your Ancient Principles and staff shall comfort me.”
It says He has prepared a table. What is this table? It is the Passover table? This is another mystery revealed about an ancient principle that leads to Kingdom authority.
Every year, there’s a Passover table, and the Lord sets it for you. Every time you take communion, it is a type of Passover table. Isn’t that exciting? The Lord says He has prepared, “I invite you to My table. I invite you to My table.”
At the Table…
- There’s something about covenant restoration
- There’s something about fellowship
- There’s something about breaking bread
And I know that, in my family, one of our love languages is food. We like to cook. We like to have festivities and to be able to celebrate life. And one of the ways we do that is with food, but the Lord’s doing that. Only the difference is, in the ancient principles, the Lord is the lamb. The Lord is the bread of life. The Lord is the living water. The Lord is all the provision of life.
So when you place your feet beneath the table He has prepared for you, He anoints your head with oil. He blesses you with abundance and gives you goodness and mercy in the presence of your enemy.
The Blood of Lamb Does This…
The blood of Jesus expunges the sin that tries to cancel the abundance, the healing, the promotion, and the relationships. It tries to cause that divorce, cause that bankruptcy, cause that child to go wayward and leave home. All those things are related to sin. But the Lord says, “I’m sending you the lamb of God, the blood of the lamb, to expunge the sin, to cancel the cause and effect of the destruction.” And that’s why He’s doing that. He’s saying, “I prepare a table. I’m inviting you to My table to renew the covenant, to honor you as My chosen Son.” Because the scripture says you did not choose Jesus, but He chose you.
Are You Saved?
In fact, you might be listening to this podcast right now, and you’re not saved. But for some reason, you just can’t turn it off. You’re listening to it, and you’re going, “I don’t know why I’m listening to this guy.” But you know why? Because today’s your day. And you want to turn it off, but you can’t, because you know, you absolutely know, that today is your day, when you just say to the Lord, “I know it’s not this man, Curt Landry, speaking to me. It’s the Spirit of God–the one who created me and loved me.”
This is an answer to prayer that you’re on this podcast. And so, if that’s you, I want to lead you in this simple prayer.
Praying this prayer and blessing…
“Father God, in the name of Jesus, I thank you so much for my brother and sister, right now, who is saying yes to You. That today you prepared this day, to put their feet under your table.
“In fact, there’s one of you that’s out there was actually thinking about hurting yourself today. And I break that assignment of suicide or self-harm. I speak life over you because the Lord will cause you to dwell in the house of the Lord in this life and the next life forever. So I thank You, Lord, for each and everyone who says,
- ‘I want Jesus to be the Lord of my life. I repent of my sin. I ask You, Lord, to set me free, and redeem my soul, from the death structure of sin. And I ask that I have my name written in Your book as the Forgiven of the Lord. I thank you for healing me. I thank you for restoring me, and I thank You, Lord, that You have blessed me, in a unique and powerful way this day, by saving me. I decree and declare I am the saved of the Lord, and I shall have eternal life. My sins are forgiven. I am redeemed. And as the scripture says, “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,” so I say so.’”
And go ahead and just speak your name out. Say, “I am redeemed of the Lord, and I am saved.”
