A Prophetic Word | Invite Biblical Instruction and Be Joyful in Judgment

As the summer days continue to pass by, many of us are in a season of pruning, purging, and cleansing. The summer season is typically understood to be a time of dry and hot days. It is not unusual for us, as Believers, to feel our spirit life dry out during this season as well. 

However, this summer season has been different. With strange weather patterns, torrential downpours of rain, flooding, storms, and much more, we see God shaking both the spiritual and physical atmosphere. 

Maybe there is a storm in your life right now. A storm that is pressing in on you from every side. I challenge you to take a different perspective of this shift. One that embraces and invites the cleansing and purifying power of the Holy Spirit.

Trust God, Not the Natural 

Dare I make this bold statement today? Anything that is happening in the natural is a liar. Do not trust it. 

What do I mean by that?

The shift in seasons we are currently experiencing brings out the lies of the enemy. There are some of you right now who are inundated with lies about self-worth, abilities, and giftings. 

Lies such as…

• You aren’t good enough.
• You won’t and can’t do that.
• You’ll never measure up.
• You’ll never be delivered from this burdensome, heavy load of depression and anxiety.
• You’ll never change.
• Your relationship with that person will always be in turmoil.
• God has left you. 
• You aren’t equipped to fulfill your calling and destiny.

These lies seep into your soul. Your mind, will, and emotions adopt this distorted way of thinking. Every word you speak, thought you think, and action you take is filtered through these lies. 

This is what I mean by the natural.

The scripture says that flesh begets flesh and the Spirit begets spirit (see John 3:6). Therefore, when these lies shape how you envision your circumstances and destiny, they multiply and take over other areas of your life. 

These lies are not trustworthy. If you want to break free from these cycles in your life, you must not trust your circumstances or feelings. 

• Jeremiah 17:9 says, “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?”

Trusting your feelings over who God says you are in Yeshua is dangerous. 

• James 1:8 says, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” (KJV)

If we are to move forward, we must not rely on our feelings. We become unstable. 

And what happens with instability? Stumbling and falling. 

Instead, Trust the Lord

The Lord has given me a word for all of those who are struggling with these lies today. You are a marred vessel… we all are. 

Let me explain…

We all have either been there or are going through a season of restoration by the Potter. 

Hear me when I say this: You are not being made better; you are being made new. That is, being made into another vessel completely. 

“And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.”—Jeremiah 18:4 (emphasis added)

So many of us have not believed, dreamed, or aspired to the highest level of excellence that the Lord has for us. 

When we believe short of who God says we are or what He has planned for us, our vision is marred. The Potter is in the process—during this season—of creating and forming a new vessel. One that is fully prepared to hold all the blessings He will pour out to you in His time. 

Invite Biblical Instruction

The Lord is bringing healing, restoration, and instruction to the marred vessels. He has specially chosen you to carry what He is releasing. But like most things, sometimes we must be ambushed by the truth to allow the Potter to shape us as His clay. 

The Father only instructs those whom He loves. This is not a season of fear and doubt, but of invitation—an invitation of biblical instruction.

How is the Lord instructing you during this hour?

Is He asking you to purge the lies of your past that have planted seeds of resentment and shame?

In order for Him to fill the vessel with new wine, you must align with the Holy Spirit and allow the refiner’s fire to purify your heart. Remember, the Potter did what seemed “good.” There is only goodness and abundance from the Lord. So, welcome His good and purifying instruction. 

Be Joyful in Judgment

Judgment is the friend of those who desire right standing with God. This is a season of judgment. Now, this is not a time of judgment in a sense many might think. Judgment and instruction realign us. They make our crooked paths straight. They birth great change that breaks through blockades that have been built up in our past.

Judgment and instruction tear down those walls of separation so that God’s authority, by the blood of Jesus, can cleanse and prepare us for new wine and the ability to walk out our new identity and purpose.

Painful Teaching and Trials Come with Prosperity, Profit, and Peace

Going through a season of instruction and realignment can be painful. But you must look beyond your circumstances into the Sprit to be promoted to new levels of faith. 

Hebrews 12:7-11 says, “If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. 

“Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 

“Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”

This is speaking to someone today. You needed this word to know God loves you and wants to align you to His will to release influence, prosperity, and peace into your life. From these days of trial, you will be made a new creation. One that does not think or act like the former, but one that will be ready to receive a new assignment from the Lord. 

The Lord is going into your home, business, mountain, and heart—setting you on fire for Him. He has to rearrange your thoughts about these trials so that you begin to see them as His plans to prosper you, not harm you. 

You are in a time of great shifting. 

Satan knows there is a breakthrough about to happen, and this is why he is pushing lies upon you right now. God promotes while Satan demotes. God takes you up the mountain, and Satan will always pull you down. 

I am releasing this word for you today. The Lord is in the process of bringing alignment into places and spaces in your life that you never thought possible. 

Pray with me now…

“Father God, I receive this instruction. Let me go into the Courts of Heaven and have it recorded in my life all that you have planned for me. I receive this word. You are shifting, imparting, and aligning your loving-kindness. You are speaking to me about the very thing I am going through. I am going through this pruning process because You love me. You are a refiner’s fire. Praise God. Thank you for aligning my heart with yours and my soul with your Spirit. May alignment be released in my life. I seal this in Yeshua’s name, amen.”
