Activating Your Family for 5785

As we step into the new Hebrew year 5785, we invite you to embrace the calling of God upon your family. This year, God is moving powerfully through families, activating each member in their unique role to serve as a King-Priest. This divine activation empowers you to lead spiritually and physically in your homes, businesses, and ministries.

Malachi 4:6 says:

  •  “And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers…”

God is releasing and activating families to align and unite their visions and purposes with His.

The Fall Feast Season for Families: Seeking, Aligning, Sowing

  • Seek His Kingdom first: The Bible says that seeking God’s Kingdom and His righteousness first positions you to receive provision (see Matthew 6:33). Both kings and priests seek first God’s Kingdom which means we put His heart, purpose, and instruction as first priority in our lives in 5785.
  • Stay in alignment with His calendar: Observing the Feasts of the Lord positions you to receive practical instruction from God’s Word about you and your family. King-Priests know the importance of yielding their calendar to His and showing up when invited. They know how to lead themselves, their families, businesses, and ministries well.
  • Sowing in due season: King-Priest families embrace God’s sowing and reaping cycle and give according to biblical principles. They understand the importance of stewardship in the natural as Kings and in the spirit as Priests, and as such, they are disciplined to:
    • Tithe ten percent of their income.
    • Give alms and first-fruit offerings.
    • Bring offerings to God according to His Word.

Your Invitation to Prosper

“‘These you shall present to the Lord at your appointed feasts…’”Numbers 29:39

Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets) | October 2-4, 2024

“Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “… ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’”—Leviticus 23:23-25 (emphasis added)

  • Blessing Released: This day marks the beginning of a new civil year and the Ten Days of Awe (10/2/24 through 10/11/24), a time of repentance and renewal. The offering signifies a fresh start and the opportunity for blessings of spiritual rest and renewal.

Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) | October 11-12, 2024

“…In the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month… on that day the priest shall make atonement for you, to cleanse you, that you may be clean from all your sins before the Lord. It is a sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall afflict your souls. It is a statute forever.”—Leviticus 16:29-31 (emphasis added)

  • Blessing Released: Yom Kippur focuses our hearts on atonement and the forgiveness of sins. The offerings made lead to spiritual cleansing and the blessing of renewed relationship with God, free from the burden of sin.

Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) | October 16 -23, 2024

For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord… It shall be a statute forever in your generations; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.’”—Leviticus 23:36, 41 (emphasis added)

Zechariah 14:16-17 records that the nations who do not honor the feast of Sukkot will have “no rain” so we can take that to mean that those of us who choose to honor Sukkot “as a statute forever” will have rain representing God’s provision, blessing, and a bountiful harvest.

  • Blessing Released: Sukkot is a time of joy and thanksgiving for God’s provision. The offerings during Sukkot are a form of worship and acknowledgment of God’s blessings, celebrating His provision and protection, both historically in the wilderness and continually in their lives.

We invite you to sow a covenant seed this month, stepping into your role as a King-Priest in the family of God. As you give, we are believing God to activate three powerful blessings in your life:

  • You are activated in the anointing God has for you in 5785 to fulfill your purpose.
  • God’s rain is released upon your fields, and 5785 is a year of tremendous harvest.
  • The Father rewards your obedience and meets not only your needs but also the desires of your heart.
